DIGITALLYKNOWN™
ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW • Proposed effective date: November 1, 2026
Our commitment
DigitallyKnown™ seeks to make its websites, Guided Recognition Tour, diagnostic, inquiries and professional content usable by people with disabilities. We aim to apply widely recognized accessibility practices, including understandable navigation, keyboard usability, suitable contrast and meaningful text alternatives.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Some third-party payment experiences, multimedia, visual prototypes or components may be controlled by outside providers. We review feedback and work to address barriers within our control.
Request assistance
If you have difficulty accessing information or submitting a form, email legal@digitallyknown.ai with the page URL, description of the barrier, and your preferred alternative format or contact method. Do not send sensitive personal data in the initial report.
Accuracy note
Do not claim WCAG conformance at a named level, or completed independent auditing, unless independently verified. This statement does not substitute for actual testing and fixes.
