DIGITALLYKNOWN™

PRIVACY POLICY

DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW • Proposed effective date: November 1, 2026

Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy explains how Digitally Known LLC, doing business as DigitallyKnown™ ("DigitallyKnown," "we," "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and safeguards personal information in connection with digitallyknown.com, digitallyknown.ai, associated forms, the Guided Recognition Tour, and related services. Effective date: November 1, 2026. This draft is subject to confirmation of business registration, hosting and data processing practices.

Information we collect

Information you choose to provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, profession, professional background, answers to the Recognition Gap Diagnostic, requested services, consultation or demonstration inquiries, correspondence, and documents you later authorize us to review. Automatically collected information may include IP address, device/browser data, referring pages, visit patterns and cookie-related identifiers where the relevant technologies are enabled.

Purpose and lawful handling

We use information to respond to inquiries, review diagnostic answers, prepare requested preliminary draft reviews, evaluate suitability of services, communicate about proposals and engagements, deliver contracted services, protect website integrity, maintain internal records, comply with legal obligations, and—only where permitted and appropriately disclosed—send marketing communications. A diagnostic submission requests follow-up; it does not guarantee immediate automated analysis, a particular finding, or a delivery time.

Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose relevant data to providers that support our websites, form processing, customer relationship management, email and messaging, cloud storage, analytics, security, payments, and professional operations. Anticipated vendors or services may include Netlify, GoHighLevel/BuzzFire, GoDaddy payments, and third-party communication and analytics providers, subject to actual configuration and separate vendor terms. We do not authorize service providers to use information for independent marketing except as disclosed and permitted by law. We may also disclose information where required by law, with consent, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction.

Payment details

Payments may be processed through third-party checkout services. Unless separately disclosed, we do not receive complete payment card numbers or security codes. The processor’s payment notices also apply.

Cookies and analytics

We use only those cookies, local storage and tracking technologies actually enabled on our sites. See our Cookie Notice for purposes, choices and any consent controls. Marketing/advertising tracking must not be enabled until the appropriate notice and consent requirements are assessed.

Retention and security

We retain records for as long as reasonably needed to address inquiries, deliver services, meet accounting/legal duties, resolve disputes, or establish lawful records, and then delete or de-identify them where practical. Specific retention intervals must be approved internally. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no internet system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about our processing by contacting us. Rights depend on applicable law and may be subject to exceptions. You may withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe from promotional email without affecting necessary transactional messages. We will not discriminate for exercising legally protected privacy rights.

Sensitive data and children

Please do not send patient records, Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, medical diagnoses, or other sensitive personal data through an ordinary website form unless a secure collection method has been expressly arranged. Our websites are not directed to children under 18.

International access and changes

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by approved service providers. We may revise this notice, displaying an updated effective date and providing any additional notices required by law.
